CandidateStream is a feature included in your KatonPortal that makes it easier than ever to follow-up with your candidates and make sure that you don't lose traction with interested talent! 

Log into your KatonPortal and select the "CandidateStream" tab:

Select a candidate from your stream and you can view details, send messages and keep notes on your interactions. 

Send messages to candidates directly from the CandidateStream interface. You can quickly use one of our pre-populated templates that are prepared with standard responses, or customize the message. 

Be sure to include your personal contact information so the candidate can contact your directly for more information.

Best practices for follow-up are:

• Follow-up within 24 hours of response
• Follow-up using multiple tactics including phone and email
• Follow-up often!
